Contact
Every message reaches the person who builds PBR Forge. There is no support queue and no ticket robot.
Send a message
The quickest route is the in-app form — it takes a category, your message, an optional email to reply to, and an optional screenshot. A screenshot of the app with your image loaded answers most questions before they need to be asked.

Support and general questions
Bug reports, questions about a workflow, trouble getting a map to look right, or anything else about using the app. Include your browser, your GPU if you know it, and the source image type — most issues come down to one of those three.
Privacy and data requests
Questions about what is collected, analytics consent, or a request relating to your data. PBR Forge processes images entirely on your device, so there is no stored creative work to request or delete.
Legal and licensing
Terms of Use questions, licensing of generated maps for commercial projects, takedown notices, or partnership enquiries.
Community and public requests
- • Feedback board — post a feature request or vote on an existing one at pbrforge.com/feedback. Requests with votes behind them are the ones that get built.
- • Discord — ask a question or share what you made in the PBR Forge Discord.
- • Roadmap — before writing in, the roadmap shows what is already planned or in progress.
